FLAG FOOTBALL BETWEEN PUMPKINS AND TOUCHDOWNS

SNATCH’S HALLOWEEN IN SWEDEN

It’s not every day that you get to play flag football in a country famous for its breathtaking nature, köttbullar, and IKEA ✨.

On November 2nd and 3rd, in Gothenburg, the Pumpkin Bowl will take place, an international indoor Flag Football tournament 🏈. 

As soon as we heard about this event, we at SNATCH immediately jumped at the opportunity.

Through an Instagram post, we announced the creation of a new team.

In just a few months, we managed to organize not one, not two, but three SNATCH teams! 💪🏻

The Pumpkin Bowl will be held inside the Nordics' largest multi-sport arena. Around 20 teams from all over Europe will participate in the bowl 🌍. 

The tournament will follow the international IFAF rules and will be divided into three different categories:

- Men’s / Mixed Elite

- Women’s Elite

- Mixed Leisure

SNATCH will participate with 32 players, coming from all over Italy and beyond, who decided to join us on this new adventure 🇲🇽🇻🇪🇮🇹.

We managed to form a women’s team and two men’s teams, one will compete in the Elite category and the other in the Leisure category.

Along with our fantastic players, we had the pleasure of choosing the names for the three teams. After lively debates and a lot of passion, the names that got the most approval are: Snatch-‘o-lantern, Snatch Crow, and Snatch Witches! 🎃🐦‍⬛🧙🏼 

These names perfectly capture the tournament’s theme, and we love them! What do you think?

Of course, for this bowl, SNATCH has also created a custom uniform. 😎

Our talented graphic designer created several samples. 🧑🏻‍💻

Thanks to your valuable support on social media, we were able to pick the best one. Here’s the winning uniform! 🏅

The custom flag kit for the tournament is still shrouded in mystery, and we can’t reveal anything yet! 🪄🧙🏽
